Mark, I think you will only see names of people/companies that were holding certificates. My shares, and probably yours, were in street name.

Mark G,
You purchased shares from another shareholder. I think the post was referring to shares issued by the company. If the company issued shares, these would be new shares not formerly hold by another shareholder. I purchased my shares after 4/23 also. The transfer agent would have cancelled the shares that were sold to me and issued new shares in a street name. The company would not have issued the shares. IMO Scoobey
