300 mil - Is this what they needed? I thought they had said in the last CC that NXTL needed approx 400 mil to complete capital expenditures for 99. Would this be down because the planning forcast showed they only needed 300 or is it that at the higher interest rate, they could only afford to obtain 300? OR do you think they plan to go back later and secure more when they actually need it in 99 (hoping that after Q1 99, their risk will look less threatning)? Any thoughts???
