I'm not trying to link ZULU to an SEC investigation - I thought that the information would be interesting to people here.

In any case, nobody here has anything to worry about in connection with this SEC action.

Clearly, there is nobody here who is being paid to promote ZULU or ESVS, since I have seen none of the required disclosures.

If you were an exec or ceo of ZULU, and you knew if you released financial information about the health of the company, that the value of the stock would go thru the roof, wouldn't you do it ? All i have said or asked is, there has to be a reason why this info isn't forthcoming, because if i was an exec, i would do anything to make my holdings worth something, that's basically all i have ever said from day one.
