John,

Was just on CNBC again. The SEC is bring action against a number of different Internet entities, including newsletters and organizations that spam (Princeton), several Bulletin Boards that have individual investors making comments (Pinky and Wexler), etc. Sounds like a pretty broad action, but they haven't got into specifics for punishment.
