TD, I am not good at bottom fishing on small issues. In the last three months, I have focused on DELL, MSFT, CSCO, EMC, and to some extend, LU & AOL. IMHO, only MSFT is slightly undervalued but the antitrust case hanging there will hold the issue in check. I guess that the fair vaule on DELL is low 50s, and I am comfortable selling puts at that level. CSCO also belongs to low 50s. However, these are Wall Street darlings so who knows. There are lots of small issues that are well below their respective 52-week lows. However, I am not comfortable putting my $$$ in issues that have basically no earnings (visibility) in the next 1-2 years. good luck, larry!
