Yes Parker is the "go to" company for the Tengiz field. It's huge. They are taking (or have took) a barge, recently modified at TCMS's Red Foxx yard, to the Caspian.

The Caspian area is a risky place at best. I don't think they have even decided if it is a "lake" or a "sea". The distinction has different ramifications for ownership.

If the pipeline goes in, then it becomes a better palce to produce. Right now the production costs are quite high due to transpsortation costs.

You are right, there is extreme need for seismic in what could become the largest "transition zone" in the world. Hello TCMS????

Slider,
Can you please clarify. The other day I asked your opinion of MAVK v. HLX and you felt that HLX was the much better play. Now HLX is down to 8 again and you are indicating that MAVK holders should sit back and enjoy the ride. I appreciate and value your opinions....so which do I want to hold for the most gains longer term...MAVK or HLX??
