Off Topic: Not directly based on his last post on the SEC. In general though it seems that he's not happy and should move on. And I have been here long enough to suggest that... As for the SEC.. my point is still valid... it seems quite acceptable to spam and bash stocks for the same reasons other people hype them, but there is no penalty. The SEC applauds those that say the "end is near, SELL OUT" but would likely jail Little Orphan Annie for saying "The sun will come out tomorrow" BTW... if you think postings on these threads never affect price..well, I guess I need to disagree.
