Another example of price manipulation ... PWT. News release
came out yesterday for a 4Million share bought deal offering
(from treasury) at $20.00. Primary underwriter is FirstEnergy
who kept buying and buying to get the price up to $20 yesterday.
The price had been mysteriously climbing over the past weeks
and now after the release its fallen back to $19.25.

What are the logistics of this? Does this make the buyers feel
better that they didn't overpay?
