DJ, Thanks for the post. It is good to see that they understand that you will never make much money just selling bagels, but that you must make value-added products like sandwiches and other high margin items to sell. I eat at a Noah shop about twice a week and really feel like they have a good handle on the business. I am going to buy some stock but I am going to wait until the December tax selloff which could put the shares back under $1.00 for a time. Then I hope the company solves its troubles and starts to turn the corner next year and we start seeing double digit share price again. -John
