The accountants are still in the process of finalizing and formatting them. The delay is a result of the Company's corporate counsel and accountant preparation of its form 10. Baron-Marney, could you please explain the corporate structure after the new merger with National Boston Medical. I see from your site: baron-marney.com which shows Exclusive Cruises, SeaBridge Shipping and Suxess Marketing and Travel as subsidiaries of Growth International. baron-marney.com Then on the same page I see that there is also the addition of Delta Vacation Properties. So if you could explain what the ownership of Exclusive Cruises which also trades as XCLU as far as Growth International, that has just become NBMX, I would be most appreciative. Also I note that there is another company called Advantage Life Products (ADVT) that also claims the Acqua Azzurra as an asset.
