I could be wrong, but I don't seem to see anything in the financials about restricted shares coming out now. All I read was the pooling agreement but the minimum price to allow selling is much, much higher. I always figured it would come down to one thing...drilling results, and given that the price has fallen amid drilling activity concerns me greatly. Burton said the French kept good records so they already knew whaty was in the ground. Hmm, something fishy about that. I'll try calling MGAC tomorrow. Rand
