Dave, you need to ALSO fill-in the password on the upper pane.

Datek uses two separate (but identical) passwords. (Confused yet?) This is really quite unusual.

First of all, they use a user ID and password for access to any of the order or status pages. This is the one you get the pop-up box for. You get this once, and then you aren't bothered about it again. This is the "HTTP authentication" password.

Whenever you place an order, though, IN ADDITION, you must supply the same password in a form field. That's what the password box in the upper pane is for. There is no way that Super Express can automatically transfer the HTTP authentication password to the form field, or vice-versa, so you must enter it in both places!

One thing that I *can* do (and will in the next update) is to provide a "you forget to enter a password" popup message if you try to enter an order without a password being entered.
