First, I didn't say WHY the deal happened (I don't know), I just
corrected a misstatement.

Second, if that is the case, doesn't it speak very well of FORE?

Third, you can't have it both ways: deals that Ascend or NN makes are
indicative of superior technology, but deals that FORE makes are
just because of established customer base?? Seems to me that in
the carrier space the reverse is more likely to be true.
