Dear Bob O: I was not referring to anything in specific only to generalities. Now deferred revenue means that the work has been billed (maybe even collected) but there is something not quite done to make the earnings process complete. This is an area where Management can ELECT to go slow in order to avoid recognizing the revenue immediately. In any event it is a good thing as it ultimately will be recognized thru the income statement as revenue. JDN
