Starting to go through it ZE and compare to Case and second quarter.

Cash dropped some but equity gained about $.50 this quarter. Cost cutting plan looks encouraging. Companies attitude and acknowledgement of a problem may keep them in the black through the downturn.

New Holland has been running a 0% two year 25% down finance plan for the last month (ends Oct. 31) on some tractors and other things they want to move. This may help keep their inventories from being a drag.

Bottom line for price movement of this one is the buy-in plan and what Fiat wants to do. With 46mm or less float and considering the two NH salesmen I know own over 1,000 shares each I guess the float may be a lot less. Do you have any ideas here?

Sorry for taking so long to get back ZE.

Merrill Lynch is offering free access to it's online reports until the end of Feb.

askmerrill.com

They have some reports for New Holland and the other ageq's.

They note NH free cash flow could be $200m next year.

IMO NH Holdings has mopped up most of the loose stock some good news could move it into the high teens. Grain prices are rising.
