CK - your link relates to a recent SEC initiative.

The Taxin story is part of a recent drive by the SEC to enforce tougher disclosure regulations on financial publishing houses. Taxin is only one of 44 such companies that have been named. My understanding is that the obligation to disclose is carried by the media company, and not the client.
