Bosco; <<Regarding China, there are several steps she will need to take before hegemony, like WTO and G8 <VBG>. Like EU and the possible expansion of NAFTA, asian countries have already had ad hoc organization ASEAN. However, my suspicion is that corruptions and tyrannies must be curtained first. While there are many hot spots, idealistically, I believe every nation - except N Korea - is workable. I think you have the order of things fairly well arranged in the above. One correction while we are on this spree of picking on your posts. I would rather see corruption "contained" or "curtailed" then "curtained". Remember the Wizard of Oz? <GGG>. Best, Stitch
