Russell 2000 broke both its outperformance and winning streak today. It did however make a flourish up at the end to finish down just 0.01% while S&P500 was up 0.26%. Let's see if outperformance trend can resume tomorrow

>while at this point I would just find them a hassle complicating my life<

A valid point; it does take time to stay on top these things. I'm devoting a whole chapter to covered call writing in my forthcoming book, "Investing Made More Complicated Than It Really Needs To Be." Can I sign you up for a copy?

2nd day of small cap UNDERperformance

S&P500 up 1.67%

Russell 2000 up 0.81%

after weak performance yesterday Rusell up less than half S&P500 today

I hope this doesn't turn out to be another one of the numerous few week teases in the small caps. I think this bears close watching before we get a lot more excited about increased allocation to small caps
