I think that TSQD will always trade at a discount to DRIV. Who would buy TSQD when they could buy DRIV outright? That is the reason for the spread between the two co's value. The only thing that keeps buyers purchasing TSQD is the potential of a dividend of DRIV to TSQD shareholders or some type of merger with DRIV. The marketplace is telling TSQD that you need to give me a free 54% of value to make me invest into this penny stock with an unknown future even though there is real value through DRIV. I am long TSQD with a large loss since the DRIV offering. I don't mean to be crass, only realistic. IMHO. A.H.
