Jason and thread, I called Oshkosh Truck and accountant Kurt Saliger who did the Q1 1998 report I sited earlier

Re. Oshkosh - They have not put any AIMH suspensions on any production vehicles. They feel it has 'a lot of potential' and are considering it for Pierce fire trucks, military (marine corps), and other applications. They are currently in the testing phase, have no definite plans to use ANY AIMH suspensions, and are wait and see until production starts.

NOTE: !!!! AIMH removed from their web site all press releases referring to OEM deals and specifically the one referring to Oshkosh Trucks!!!! - this seems to confirm the above in the typical AIMH fashion...

Re Q1 1998 statement. Mr Saliger, the CPA stated he has had no further dealings with AIMH. He confirmed that Ken Coleman had issued himself 5.5 million shares for five thousand five hundred dollars at a time when the market value was 1.50 a share. This increased the shares outstanding by 40%. If the float were 1.75 million at that time and shares outstanding were 12.42 million, Coleman grabbed about 1.05 million of other peoples (our)money. Mr Saliger confirmed that this seemed like a pretty good deal for Ken Coleman.

Recently, AIMH has made some vague claims about production on it's website, but no official press release. Remember that press releases are held to certain standards of honesty by securities law, while websites are not.

If there are any concerned shareholders out there, please call Ken Coleman at 619.259.7400, 619.884.8599 cellular or 619.259.7308 fax to share your concern and back me up on this effort.

Regards, Dave
