They use the words "merger- and acquisition-related costs." Don't know the answer, but I would guess not. The reason I say this is that acquisition costs include investment bankers, lawyers, etc. Those folks don't come cheap. So $20MM isn't out of the question. Also, the companies they bought probably have much more goodwill associated with them. That's being hidden by the means of payment which is an inflated stock price.
