Yeah, I'll bet.

More likely they are still drawing straws to see who the messenger that gets killed will be.

All the wounded always get killed in battles like this anyway, so out with it. No more beating around the bush!

Baan Q3 Net Loss $0.16 Per Share. Revenues actually decreased on a y/y basis, and remained flat in N. America...this company is in double trouble...because they predict weak results throughout 1999 and into 2000...they're blaming Y2K issues, worldwide economic woes, and manufacturing sector slowdown in ERP expenditures...

In general, they know this is an unmitigated disaster, and their share-price will probably never recover to its once lofty P/S and P/E valuations...
