How long has WSW been publishing the names of the companies they are paid to promote, as a footnote. Is this recent since the SEC actions in June?.

Wish I had some nice things to say, but I don't. About the SEC list, I hope you never get into it, but you just might. Your dubious KANA "research report" released as "Company Press Release" alone probably qualifies you to be on the list, from what I read. Your appearance on the thread with all misleading information and hype will only add to your qualifications.

I was misled once and I don't want anyone else here to be misled again. Your WSW is no professional investment research firm.

I am glad SEC is getting VERY SERIOUS about firms like yours.

"Mr. Walker said that many of the promoters targeted by the SEC used spam, or mass electronic mailings, to promote companies. He said of the 23 cases brought, five involved posts on Internet message boards and 20 involved the use of Web sites to tout securities. He said that 19 cases involved the use of online investment newsletters, which sometimes included dubious research reports."

Wouldn't WSW qualify to be on the list?
