Dwayne,

In my opinion NYRR appears to be living up to their recent commitment of keeping shareholders more informed of company developments, I noted a few examples, namely three press releases within the last 10 business days and two updates on the NYRR web site
( the latest being yesterday Oct. 29th.). I feel these are positive steps --- shareholders need to be informed on a timely and regular basis of any progress, changes ( good news or bad news) in my opinion.

I talked to Mr. James White again yesterday ( for those of you that are wondering he is very accessable by telephone.) Everyone I feel should come to their own conclussions but in my opinion I got the impression from Mr. White that we could expect more focus in the area of business development and some focussed efforts in areas that we have been discussing on this thread for quite some time.

Because there has been so much water under the bridge I will wait to see specifics and facts announced if, as and when they do take place--
but I did provide a list of questions to Mr. White that I felt most NYRR Shareholders would be interested in hearing answers / updates.

My questions covered, full reporting status?( or at least efforts to achieve this status), update regarding the Conrail lawsuit?, progress of raising funds via current private placement?, any new business partnerships and at what development stage?, any further management changes forseen in the near future?,can we expect more ongoing, timely, and business specific news releases( in other words putting some financial perameters to future news releases--what does it mean in dollars and cents?), any expected expansion plans?

The impression that I got from Mr. White was that the NYRR Management
is very much aware of shareholder concern to be in the information loop ( regardless of the size of one's investment)---I was encouraged from my discussion that he appears to mean business and in my view is an action oriented individual.

Although this was only my second discussion with him, I was able to spend some time getting an update from his previous career experiences
and in my opinion demonstrated to me a very solid and strong track record of success--one that I see demonstrates courage, leadership and innovative qualities.

My reaction from the discussion is that NYRR is back on the right track ( not to say it was off the track before) and is also just my own opinion.

Everyone should do their own research and DD and come to their own investment conclussions--but my bet is that we should be seeing more news from NYRR in the near future! ( I realize that near future can mean different time frames to different individuals.)

Has anyone else communicated with Mr. White? What are your thoughts?

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
