Bird, I've been aware of Ed Taxin for months, not hours. I have been accused of encyclopaedic knowledge before, though. As for the release, it's all over the net... sec.gov

He took part in hyping Firamada (FAMH), pumping non-existent revenues. I received a copy of his "top picks" in the non-informative FAMH shareholder packet. Digitcom was also on the list.

More from the SEC suit against Taxin, talking about his arrangement with microcap stocks: "These companies or their agents have paid the Taxin Network at least $200,000 in cash or stock for promotional services..." I hope they don't mean apiece. The profits he could have made off DGIV alone boggle the mind in that case.

P.S. Where have all the Rocketeers gone? Do you think message board posts like "this stock is going to $20!" would bother the SEC?
