This has been an ongoing investigation by the SEC for quite some time. After much persuasion by many investors it is welcome news Formulab Neuronetics and their relationship to The Future Superstock newsletter is being investigated. To answer your question, yes, FNCLY is being investigated and rightly so in my opinion. I wish they were not involved in this scam. Possible outcome are further indictments and felony convictions. Thanks for posting the links for everyone. These should prove interesting cases to follow.
