Tom, is InterOp in November and do you know the date? LU better do something soon, integrating a major networking company won't be easy.

Dear Jorj, We agree on one issue, that LU will move on ASND sooner than later. However, I don't see ASND pulling back at 49, unless we get a market correction. Otherwise, I see ASND finally breaking through its resistance barrier of 50 and moving into the mid 50's prior to the takeover. Interestly, INTC has been flirting with 90 for months, today it broke through. I believe it will fall back, especially if we get negative news on Brazil (this would certainly effect ASND too, to the downside). If INTC rallies past 90 into the 95-100 range, which I don't believe will happen, I believe the network stocks will start to come on and bring stronger upside rewards for us. JMO Jamie
