Walter, It seems as tough most of the companies that were involved in the SEC Internet Sweep were left out of the suits. Look at sec.gov However, I would agree that some of the companies will be reviewed for other potential fraudulent actions. As usual, FSS killed MPEH (or they killed themselves by hiring a fraudulent purveyor of investment touting). Well, that should be the last of it for FSS. Watch out for stockplayer.com -- alleged to be one in the same.
