Well, personally I think that the volume of over 1 million shares (divide by 2), meaning that 500K shares likely may have changed hands is pretty high. Ignoring for a moment the 1.2 million preferred shares that can convert to common at 10:1, there was only 3.5 million shares of common outstanding all together in April. Today's action was possibly a rather significant turn over in ownership. Or it could have been a dumping of shares into the hype of changing the name and the symbol.

Another theory could be what may have happened with MTEI - covered shorting of restricted shares, common or preferred even in this case.

I think it is time for the company to do a little DD here. Time for some Due Disclosure.
