Jeff, At the time I wanted to find out how informed TCI's marketing and customer service were. Marketing was not talking and customer service truly did not have a clue what I was talking about, concerning ACTV. One service rep told me that they are trained about three (3) months in advance of the release of that service. The same rep stated that the internet service would be released first quarter of 1999. I expect that we will see the release of this service in one form or another in the next six (6) months. How much actual revenue it will generate is anybody's guess. That is why the stock is where it is. No solid game plan presented to Wall Street in all this time. Just a bunch of hype by Reese, Samuals and our faithful cheer leaders. I'm long on the stock, but I don't see the long term earnings at this point. I do see short term profit in the near future. FMG
