Eric,

I could not have said it better. There is a discount factor that TSQD trades to DRIV. It will narrow and widen but most likely be there for some time until TSQD creates its own inherent FUNDEMENTAL value.

There are many closed end mutual funds that trade at discounts and premiums to NAV. It is all supply and demand driven by the market. The gap may be closing for TSQD because of the excitement in DRIV. Hmmm, should I buy DRIV at it's full market value on the NASDQ or buy DRIV
at a 50% discount on the BB's. Today, you got a hefty discount by taking on more risk in order to play the BB's and today you were rewarded for it.

I can also find you Junk Bonds that trade at a 80% discount to FMV. The only thing is those CO's. are close to bankruptcy. That 80% is what it takes to find a buyer. It get's back to the liquidity factor of the BB's.

IMHO. A.H.(I hope TSQD is at least at 5 when DRIV is at 20)
