JOE! You know what i mean. this is a step in the right direction.The proliferation of miss-information will be halted quite a bit with this action. Companies will no longer want ot be associated with Penny pimps as much. This is helpful.

Joe come on ....you know the brokerage industry....if they produce nobody "cares" what they do....they get away with murder...how come anybody else should be "different".....WHITE COLLAR CRIME...I've been trading for almost 20 years....give me a break...these guys get a slap on the wrist and they open up shop under a new name and a new 800 number...why should these "promoters" be any different...the SEC has always been that way......
