Well Hal maybe we can take solace in the phrase "no pain no gain". We certainly have had our share of pain.

The thing that is confusing me is the lack of clear direction this company wants to be headed in. They can not survive if they just stay in the high end storage business. Borrowing money just because you can and then not having a clear time frame for using the funds is costing them plenty(.02) this past qtr.

MicroNet is showing that it it also has it's problems with declining revenues and it is going to take more cash to try to build it back up.

The Mitsubishi loss and the staggering costs of litigating it was a total disaster.

Clearly they can not continue to acqire strugging company's. They need to find acqisition targets that are have strategic value AND are profitable even if they have to pay a little more than they want.

Scary to think that last Qtr was the there was a .09 tax benifit from the closing in Italy. What happens now that that benifit is gone?
