I'll join the stockholders' action. But I question the postings that
surmise the employment ads are for CMND's customers. Advertising
employment opportunities in CMND's name when the real employer is an insurance company would not only be false advertising, it would antagonize prospects. I have to believe the ads are legitimate
CMND openings, and that the company is hiring because it has
contracts in hand or firm prospects for contracts.

Dear Norma: Yes, all of us "old timers" have substantial paper losses at least and sadly some like yourself have REAL losses. That cant be avoided when investing in equities. BUT, it would be nice to now what management intends to do, and how they are doing toward that plan in order for us to see a light at the end of the tunnel (if one exists).
I am NOT the one to head up the committee. I will help whomever steps forth in any way I can but there are two reasons I do not make a good head. 1. I live in S. Fla. about as far from Conn as possible on the east coast and 2. I am a "numbers" man. But I have no technical knowledge and would only embarass myself. The ideal committee head should have a good background in this industry (software) and ideally live near Farmington. JDN
