Lets hand it to Kurt Goebel who sniffed this out back on October 19th! My reaction is positive as outline in my post #3909 that day. What can I say, I am bullish on this company! I also feel it answers one part of the question regarding the 8k filing yesterday. I assume the company needed some flexibility in share issuance regarding its minority ownership in the spin-off. I wonder how they were compensated for the divestiture and when that compensation will be recognized? I also still wonder about the significance of the Preferred shareholders trading the $19.49 fixed conversion price for the $10 price. Why did they agree to that change in consideration for GMGC's right to dilute their share value by up to 5% per year when the stock is trading at a conversion price far below that today?
