I agree. Tomorrow morning I buy to cover. Sell all puts. Maybe even buy a few out of the money calls.

James, don't "buy to cover" your 100 short shares at $116! No way!
Trust me, I guarantee you a min. of $2K profit in less than 30 days!

If you don't care about day trade, just place a GTC limit order to cover at $95!

There was no mention - not even a question - about a stock split or secondary. That doesn't mean it couldn't still happen but is much less likely now. As we know, they have already done a defacto secondary by virtue of the acquisitions and arranging for a brokerage manipulated selling of insiders shares.
