Fragrance has four operating locations in FLA. The one retail store is nearing completion. Obviously to me the web site is incomplete too.
Thats why I used the term early development. Fragrance does have substantial book value according to my sources. Aside from that I have discounted Fragrance as being a cash cow for the time being.
But who knows, thats my assumption.
