Dear joe: Got a laugh out of your post--even if a painful one. haha.
Since the founder owns the vast majority of the stock I suspect some fund has decided to "take a walk". So long as the founder doesnt sell, I wont sell. I think I understand the reason for the exit (perceived slowing revenue growth) but dont know if I agree with that. Heck, isnt it JUST AWFUL growth was ONLY 30% this qtr in Revenue. On top of that I noticed Deferred Revenue INCREASED $7 million so I wonder what the TRUE economic activity was?? You can bet your bottom dollar it was MORE THAN SHOWN. But thats for another day. Anyone listen to the CC and can tell us what they heard? JDN

<<With everyone rushing through the door to sell at the same time confirms to me that mankind is a hurding animal. With a more orderly procession, the stock wouldn't have taken such a hit, with everyone getting hurt, bruised and battered. >>

Joe, the steep fall is because of small float; believe me if the stock takes off, it will be +4 points in no time, again because of small float... It is not one way street; Unlike MAST, KEA etc only a few analysts cover SYNT, It is the fund managers who move the price, not people like us (me at least); ;;;; I am waiting for IMRS, CBSI, DELL (11/12) earnings...

Thanks,
DB
