The statement on the acquisitions was a surprise as was the write-down Mike. Good to see the company expanding, and like you I am someone unclear as to exactly was written down and why. Maybe the new CFO made some calls that should have been made so time ago?

Unfortunately I was tied up in a meeting and could not break free to listen to conference call - I had planned on tuning in to the presentation, and the last couple have been pretty straightforward with nothing new to report.

Let me see if I can find any more info on what was said.

I just did a very quick backhand calculation based on 7.2 million shares and the write-off of $4.5 million.

If I figured correctly after the write off and taxes (33%) the quarter yielded 15-16 cents a share. Analysts were looking for 10-12 cents if I recall right from memory.

Revenue growth year to year was positive.

Kicking myself for missing the conf call. Should have faked an illness to get out of my meeting:).
