Nope, I'm about to short SPY, but that depends on it's behavior.
Pricey US market refuses to deflate; it could be harmful to the

Oil, Gas Exports Rise Jan.-Sept.

MOSCOW, Oct. 30, 1998 -- (Reuters) Russia's Fuel and Energy Ministry said on
Thursday that non-CIS exports of crude oil rose in the first nine months of 1998 to
87.44 million tonnes from 81.06 million tonnes in the same period the previous year.

The ministry also said in notes prepared for a conference on metals companies and the
current economic crisis that natural gas exports rose in the January-September period
to 89.21 billion cubic meters from 86.34 billion cubic meters in January-September
1997.

The ministry said oil exports in September rose to 9.67 million tonnes from 8.80 million
tonnes in September 1997 while gas exports came to 10.08 billion cubic meters
compared with 9.18 billion in the same month last year.

Fuel and Energy Minister Sergei Generalov had earlier said that he expected 1998 oil
exports of 115 million tonnes, a rise of 4 percent.

Some 28 million tonnes is expected to be exported in the fourth quarter of the year.
