I am long shares so am an investor. I wonder if I have a legal right to a playback or a transcript. I never looked into that.

Glenn, I like your style. What's the deal with this? I'll follow up my email just sent to IR (asking for a public replay via Real Audio or some such) with a request for that a transcript be sent out.

According to the SEC, any analyst or investor who trades on material non-public information is subject to treble disgorgement of profits plus fines. Closed CCs and private management discussion with analysts is an area of concern at the SEC. Investors should continue to scream about this often violated law. Tim
