Dear Paddy D: See, this damn management is starting to make us PARANOID!!! I wouldnt worry about the recorded figures on the Financial Statements. First off they are quite simple and not really subject to manipulation and secondly their auditors will be reviewing the qtly numbers most likely prospectively (ie before issuance) but if not then retrospectively. Finally, To my knowledge we have no reason to doubt the honesty of management. As to the Committee, if we are to have one someone who lives near Farmington must step up to the bat and agree to head it up. So far I dont hear any takers. JDN
