I dont know either but I can swear D means some kind of split when its at end of symbol .. If I held a large position in this stock come tomorrow I would bring some KY Jelly with me to work because if D is what I think it means Baron just lied to all of us

D at the end of a stock symbol is for a split..

I'm 99.9% sure of that... since 2 sources now confirm our ticker is
NBMXD .. either we're going to have a foward split or reverse split..

and with 99.9% of pennies it means rev split..

I'm looking all over the internet and edgar and can't find reference to FGRX, NBMX or NBMXD and any such split filings..

so I'm lost.. I'm NOT selling til I figure this all out.
