Anyone know anything about this company? Seems to be a new issue. Proven company with 19 plants overseas?
Could be another Las Vegas gamble..... Whatcha think??

Comgen Corp. Enters Into Agreement to Acquire
Patent Rights Covering Proprietary Technology to
Convert Waste Oil

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 1998--Comgen Corp. (OTC BB:CGEE - news; the ''Company'') issued the following news release today.

The Company has entered into an agreement to acquire worldwide patent rights covering a unique proprietary technology to convert waste oil into a product that has the characteristics of No. 2 diesel fuel (the ''Technology''). The Technology has been proven and is currently being applied in 19 plants located in Poland, Singapore, Spain, Israel, South Korea, and Australia.

Under the terms of the Agreement, the Company will issue a total of 5.8 million restricted common shares to Mr. Peter Rzazewski and Dr. R.B. (Roy) Jeffries, Ph.D., P.Eng. (the 'Vendors''). In addition, the Company will complete a private placement of 750,000 common shares at $4.00 to raise $3,000,000 for development of the business.
