I've tried to follow what Esteban just outlined, and it almost always works. Occasionally - and I could have gotten my 10+ open windows confused and violated the procedure - I get the access-denied problem. I have found that reloading super-express from my hard drive and starting over is a fairly efficient means of getting on with things. Yes, you lose the orders you already had typed in and yes you have to re-authenticate ... but you save the time to shut down the browser window and relaunch. So when it happens, I just F5 and move on. Hope a work-around for just-in-case helps out.

P.S. IE4 is the browser I am currently using for Super-Express and variants.

Thanks Esteban and Paul. I believe your suggestions reflect Jon's explanation, and unless I post again on this, they worked.

Regards,

Dave
