That is because no doubt Amazon is probably trying to settle the matter by paying their legal fees with stock.

I have never see a company that was not guilty ever issue a "no comment" like that. They always come out within 24 hours issuing a strong denial- that's the way big corporate suits occur.

The interesting thing is if Amazon is in deep trouble because of the suit yet they don't tell the analysts or investors.. That's the kind of thing that spawns thousands of shareholder lawsuits. You've got to disclaim that sort of stuff.
