Darkgreen, I seem to remember when AOL and INTC were little companies
with no earnings. Putting money on VLNC is a speculation, not an investment in the sense that you are implying. Longs could lose a lot
or become rich. Of course, you know this and perhaps you are making the case against this sort of gamble. However, if there had been no
adventurous, daring types, your favored companies would not exist today in their present form. They might not exist at all. Apparently,
the big boys at Valence Technology think that this is a gamble worth
taking. There are sophisticates and novices alike who agree. Personally, I'm cautiously optimistic.
