The only head and shoulders formation I see is that DELL is head and shoulders above the rest of the competition :) Seriously, I don't see DELL going down until earnings; if anything it will probably go and set new highs before then. After earnings though it should sell off and I see it heading back to the 60s.

Roger - I have to agree with Dell-icious on this one. I just looked (again) at the 100 day and the only thing I see is the standard Dell "sawtooth" tword higher price till earnings.

Best luck

There's been a discussion over on the Big Kahuna thread on just this issue. The consensus is that there is no Head and Shoulders on DELL - the volume is wrong and there is a first peak in July before the left shoulder.

However, there could be a broadening top which is also bearish. If DELL reaches a new high in the current rally that prognosis is also off.

Really it is extremely difficult to see DELL go down unless the general market does too. I can't see the latter happening anytime soon.

So Dellicious is possibly right and the sell-off will come after earnings.
