>>What is the chemical composition of the sweetener being marketed by AZNT? <<
Go here.. amazon-treasures.com and click on "Touch of Nature", that link has a diagram of the chemical composition of TON. Please do not look too deeply into the atomic weights.

From what plant is it derived?
It was claimed to be a hybrid of the stevia plant, which is not looked on too highly by the FDA, then someone pointed out that since a hybrid is legal they were going to raise hybrid marijuana. Now I think it is referred to as a new plant (not a tree but a small shrub) that was genetically engineered by Dr. Lorinchhio (sp).

Is it patented? If it is, what is the patent number?
No, not that I know of, even the hypsters haven't had the nerve to claim such an easily disproved tale.

If demand should grow, does AZNT have access to enough of these trees to meet it? Are the appropriate permissions from the Brazilian Government in place?
AZNT hypsters on this thread claim that AZNT has a license that gives them the exclusive export right to all organic material from the entire Amazon Rain forest, even though many other companies have things for sale from that part of Brazil and the Amazon rain forest is not all located in brazil. Japan and a few other countries use a lot of stevia.

What were the company's revenues and earnings over the last 3 quarters?
There has been a small problem with filing reports with the sec, you can look the reasons up at edgar easily. In one company press release they said they are going to have revenues of 75 million and profits of 50 million for this year. In the filing for the first quarter of this year I think they reported sales of 44 thousand dollars which covered their rent and part of the phone bill.

How many shares outstanding?
Around 70 million.

What is the float?
That has been reported to be anything from 700,000 to many times that amount. AZNT is serving as their own transfer agent right now so I guess you should call them to get the honest count. There seems to be a problem in agreeing with the way other transfer agents view the laws or something. They have had 3 different ones in the past year.

In a previous post you mentioned treatments for AIDS and baldness that AZNT was working on. Have any been reviewed by the FDA?
No not that has been reported here or anyplace that I have seen.

Are any independent reviews of AZNT products available?
I don't know of any independent company that has said anything good about AZNT without being paid.

Why do so many insiders appear to be selling, per: biz.yahoo.com
These people that you see at yahoo are for the most part not insiders as far as I know, I think over half of them are people that were sold unregistered securities at a considerable discount in the past and have to register them before they can sell them. You might want to look at the last person to file a little closer though (Kevin Vanderklien), his 100,000 shares and how he got them and other questions about them might influence you in your decision on whether to invest in AZNT.

I hope you don't consider these questions "bashing". I would read through prior posts, but very few seem to deal with the issues that interest me.
Almost every issue that could be bashed has already been bashed into the ground over and over on this thread so you don't need to apologize. The reason it seems that the posts don't deal with the issues, in my opinion, is that the hypsters have given up on saying anything that can be substantiated one way or the other, they have been proven wrong too many times.

There was a rumor that there might be a short squeeze to end all short squeezes starting sometime around the last of July, but it seems to be delayed every time the deadline for it to appear arrives. It will be here any day now though. Check out this thread also: #Subject-22634 , it is the AZNT news thread.

Good luck with AZNT if you decide to buy into their story. If you want the real story on what's going on here just ask Ellen or Cavalry, they both know all there is to know about investing in penny stocks (especially Cavalry) (no offense Ellen).

I don't own this stock (and am not short) so please don't think I am hyping it for my own benefit.

zonkie.....

Oh.......BTW......you might want to ask someone if anybody has sold this stock short. tee hee
