Jens, I hate to disagree with you, but, I do on the effectiveness of the SEC enforcement initiatives. Unfortunately, we don't live in a perfect world and the public Internet is not and likely never will be a perfect medium. I applaud people reporting others for perceived violation of rules, but, in retrospect it's only a step in the right direction. Perusers of unsubstantiated information need to be ever more diligent. A case in point is the recent collaring of Jeff Bruss and The Future Superstock newsletter along with many of the companies he touted. We need to see continued scrutiny of this sort of thing. TG
